How do I know what solutions are needed & who buys them?

We will supply you with a solutions list based on the package you purchased. You have the option of selecting & buying items from our "Favorite Products Guide" with our FRESH START package; you'll receive a list of specific products for you to purchase with our PREMIUM package; or you can take advantage of full service shopping & returns with our DELUXE package.

Do I need to be present while the organizing team is there?

No, you do not. The assessment done with you should give our team the directives they need to complete the job. Unforeseen questions will be handled according to your preference (text, calls, or put into a "homework" bin).

What if a bit more time is needed to complete my project?

Every package allows you the option of adding on hourly until completion.
